Arcade Fire have announced their first set of tour dates in support of their highly-anticipated fourth album. They've signed on to headline Australia's multi-city Big Day Out festival, which starts January 19th in Gold Coast.
Meanwhile, the Canadian indie rockers are set to release their still-untitled new record on October 29th. The album will be the band's first since 2010's The Suburbs, and the tour Down Under will be their first live outing since playing a secret one-off show in Montreal back in December.
Arcade Fire will be headlining Big Day Out 2014 along with Pearl Jam and Blur. Other acts slated to perform include the Lumineers, Tame Impala, Grouplove, Snoop Dogg, Major Lazer and more.
