One passenger, Liam Wheatley, 18, of Penfield, was thrown over the break wall. He was treated for an ankle injury by EMTs and taken to Strong Hospital.

Michael Dodge, 19, of Webster, and Nicholas Pizzicuto, 19, of Rochester were tossed about in the boat, but were released after being checked out by ambulance crews.

Ocwieja was charged with boating while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test, reckless operation, traveling over 5 mph near shore, and reckless endangerment. He was released to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
