Rochester Mayor-Elect Lovely Warren is saying more about her transition plans.
She's named attorney Christopher Thomas and RIT Business Strategy Professor dt ogilvie as the transition co-chairs.
Warren also will be getting orientations from policy experts and her counterparts in other cities. She will attend the Harvard University Institute of Politics and the U.S. Conference of Mayors Transition and Leadership for Newly Elected Mayors Seminar.
Warren also plans to hire a management consulting firm founded by former Mayor Bill Johnson, Strategic Community Intervention.
The co-chairs will work for free, and the fee for the firm hasn't been determined.
Thomas will be the official spokesperson for the transition.
