The power company serving the parts of New York hardest hit by the weekend ice storm says all electricity is back on in the Buffalo area, and it's making a final push to have the power back on for Christmas for all its customers in the North Country.
National Grid says all Western New York customers were back online by midday.
Between the two regions, National Grid now estimates 150,000 people were left in the dark. More than 90 percent were fixed by noon today. The rest should be back up by this evening in time for Christmas.
