Man Gets 21 Years for Fondling Feet of Kids at Libraries

Rochester, NY -- The sentence is 21 years in prison for a man found guilty of inappropriately touching the feet of children in two area libraries.

Deputy District Attorney Bill Gargan says Anthony Perri was given the maximum sentence for the incidents last year in Pittsford and Penfield.

Perri was accused of approaching the victims while they read books, removing their footwear and touching their feet.
