Charges Resolved for Men Who Invaded Bills' GM's Phone Call

Buffalo, NY -- Federal prosecutors say there’s a resolution of charges against two Massachusetts men accused of invading a private telephone conversation between then-Bills general manager Buddy Nix and Tampa Bay Bucaneers GM Mark Dominik.

Joshua Barber and Nicholas Kaiser of Plymouth, Massachusetts, have agreed to pre-trial diversion. They must stay out of trouble for the next 18 months or the charges will be reinstated.

According to the criminal complaint, the defendants not only intercepted the private conversation, they also recorded it and sold it for $150.00 to a particular outlet.
